Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of a store in Würzburg with a team of over 30 employees
• Optimize workflows and monitor store productivity to ensure achievement of KPIs, such as delivery times and picking accuracy
• Manage weekly staff scheduling and implement efficient resource planning
• Oversee recruiting, leadership, and professional development for Shift Leads, Ops Associates, and Riders
• Ensure compliance with company policies as well as health and safety standards
• Take full responsibility for warehouse management and all related processes
• Act as a role model for the team by maintaining a hands-on approach in daily operations

Requirements

• Several years of experience in grocery retail, hospitality, gastronomy, or delivery services in a leadership role (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager)
• Strong commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high resilience, flexibility, and a pragmatic approach
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, assertive leadership style
• Proficiency in German or English
