Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hub employee workflows during your shift and act as the primary point of contact
• Support the onboarding and professional training of new colleagues
• Ensure efficient implementation of hub processes and provide feedback for optimization
• Actively participate in daily operations and delegate tasks within the shift
• Manage inventory, including quality control, stock entry, inventory checks, and picking
• Assist with staff shift planning and scheduling
• Monitor compliance with quality and hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in grocery retail, gastronomy, hospitality, or delivery services in a leadership role (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager)
• Strong commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work under pressure with high engagement, flexibility, and a pragmatic approach
• Strong communication skills and a confident, assertive presence
• Proficiency in German or English
