Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of a store in Pforzheim, overseeing a team of over 50 employees
• Monitor and control store productivity and ensure achievement of key KPIs, such as delivery times and picking accuracy
• Manage weekly staff scheduling and implement efficient personnel and resource planning
• Oversee recruiting, leadership, and professional development of the store team, including Shift Leads, Ops Associates, and Riders
• Ensure compliance with company policies as well as health and safety standards
• Take responsibility for entire warehouse management and all associated processes
• Act as a role model for the team by maintaining a hands-on mentality and participating in daily operations

Requirements

• Several years of experience in grocery retail, retail, gastronomy, delivery services, or hospitality in a management role
• Strong commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial spirit
• High level of resilience, commitment, flexibility, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, assertive presence
• Proficiency in German or English
