Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies aligned with monthly objectives
• Build customer loyalty through personalized, warm, and memorable service
• Supervise and analyze KPIs including daily turnover, average ticket, and conversion rates
• Coordinate, motivate, and train the team to achieve performance goals
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with brand values
• Manage operational tasks including Shopify returns, exchanges, and online order tracking
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and store visual standards
• Collaborate with the communication team to launch local campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion or premium brands
• Strong fashion sensitivity, trend knowledge, and attention to detail
• Proven sales, leadership, and communication skills
• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Shopify and Google Drive
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with luxury brands
• Extroverted personality with a strong focus on sales and customer engagement
• Interest in art, literature, and sustainable consumption
