FANATICS is a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, trading cards, and collectibles. The company is preparing to launch its World Flagship Store in Paris, creating a premier destination for collectors and sports fans.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic team of passionate sports and collectibles experts
- Monitor sales and performance, analyzing market trends to drive revenue and meet commercial objectives
- Create a collector-centric experience by organizing card trading events, live product demonstrations, and community meetups
- Collaborate with Marketing and Activation teams to organize exclusive launch events and signing sessions
- Oversee visual merchandising and promotions to highlight prestigious cards and rare memorabilia
- Manage financial performance, including budgets and profitability for high-turnover operations
- Manage stakeholder relationships and present business performance to leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in trading cards, collecting, or the buying/selling of collectibles
- Confirmed management experience, ideally in a retail environment
- Experience managing revenues exceeding £1 million, including budgets and profitability
- Expertise in marketing collaboration and visual merchandising for high-value items
- Fluent French (mandatory)
- Professional English (required for international environment and interviews)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team
- Deep knowledge of the collectibles market and collector expectations
