Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to implement sales-promoting measures
• Manage staff scheduling and personnel planning
• Oversee inventory management and administrative processes
• Provide competent, fashion-conscious customer advice regarding eyewear
• Integrate and onboard new team members
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals

Requirements

• Several years of experience in personnel management (ideally as a Store Manager)
• High level of employee and customer orientation
• Ability to remain calm, competent, and fair in stressful situations
• Career changers from other industries are welcome
