Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to implement sales-promoting measures
• Manage personnel scheduling and quality management
• Oversee administrative processes to ensure smooth operations
• Provide full service including selection, consultation, adjustment, and minor repairs
• Handle customer complaints and reclamations
• Perform refractions and analyze correction values
• Provide competent, fashion-conscious customer advice

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in ophthalmic optics
• Several years of experience in personnel management (ideally as a Store Manager)
• Strong customer orientation and service-minded attitude
• Expertise in performing eye tests and ophthalmic knowledge
• Ability to work effectively within a team
