Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to implement sales-promoting measures
• Create staff schedules and manage inventory
• Ensure smooth administrative processes behind the scenes
• Provide competent, fashion-conscious customer advice and inspire customers with eyewear
• Integrate and onboard new colleagues into the team
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Several years of experience in personnel management (ideally as a Store Manager)
• High level of employee and customer orientation
• Ability to remain calm, competent, and fair in stressful situations
• Career changers from other industries are welcome
