About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Act as the "CEO" of the store, creating and executing agile business plans to recruit and retain customers
  • Manage strategic targeting and impactful in-store events to drive brand engagement
  • Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Perform sales analysis and staff scheduling to optimize store performance
  • Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to all guests

Requirements

  • Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience
  • Experience in business planning, including setting sales targets and analyzing performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale (POS) software
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the cosmetics or prestige beauty industry
  • Experience in creating and executing successful in-store marketing events
