About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Act as the "CEO" of the store, creating and executing agile business plans to recruit and retain customers
  • Manage strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Oversee retail operations including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Drive performance through sales analysis, staff scheduling, and setting clear service targets

Requirements

  • Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience (cosmetics experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Experience in business planning, including sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale (POS) software
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Strong skills in inventory management and cash reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the prestige beauty or cosmetics industry
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful in-store marketing events
