Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
• Act as the "CEO" of the store, creating and executing agile business plans to recruit and retain customers
• Manage strategic targeting and impactful in-store events to drive brand engagement
• Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
• Perform business planning tasks such as setting sales targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
• Drive exceptional customer relationship management to build long-term brand loyalty

Requirements

• Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience
• Experience in business planning, including sales analysis and target setting
• Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) software and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a high-performing team
• Experience with inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the cosmetics or prestige beauty industry
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful in-store events
