About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach store associates to deliver exceptional consumer experiences
- Drive sales performance and support achievement of store metrics
- Maintain visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and store standards
- Support daily retail operations including POS, pricing, markdowns, and loyalty programs
- Monitor inventory control, shortage prevention, and asset protection compliance
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and develop talent
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 3-4 years of retail experience
- Previous Store Manager experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
