Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver exceptional consumer experiences
• Drive sales performance and support achievement of store metrics
• Maintain visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and store standards
• Support daily retail operations including POS, pricing, markdowns, and loyalty programs
• Monitor inventory control, shortage prevention, and asset protection compliance
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and develop talent

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 3-4 years of retail experience
• Previous Store Manager experience preferred
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
