Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to surpass performance metrics including sales, consumer service, and charms
• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to identify store opportunities and drive strategic decisions
• Manage visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes internal growth and talent development
• Coordinate and delegate daily activities to ensure all store deadlines are met
• Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and seasonal markdown processes
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of total retail experience; previous Store Manager experience is preferred
• Educational background of STPM, A Level, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma or above
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for empowering teams and driving results
• Professional working proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to operate POS systems
• Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong communication skills to connect with team members, managers, and corporate partners
