About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of store associates to deliver outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M service model
- Drive store performance by surpassing sales, consumer service, and other key metrics
- Utilize analytical thinking and company reporting to identify opportunities and make strategic decisions
- Oversee visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
- Foster an inclusive environment that promotes internal growth and talent development
- Manage daily retail operations including POS systems, stock replenishment, and seasonal markdown processes
- Ensure compliance with Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3–4 years of total retail experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower teams and drive results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
