About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team of store associates to deliver outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M service model
  • Drive store performance by surpassing sales, consumer service, and other key metrics
  • Utilize analytical thinking and company reporting to identify opportunities and make strategic decisions
  • Oversee visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
  • Foster an inclusive environment that promotes internal growth and talent development
  • Manage daily retail operations including POS systems, stock replenishment, and seasonal markdown processes
  • Ensure compliance with Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 3–4 years of total retail experience
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower teams and drive results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
