About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of store associates and leaders to create an exceptional consumer experience
- Drive sales and surpass performance metrics including consumer service and charms
- Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to identify and act on store opportunities
- Manage visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes internal growth and talent development
- Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize daily activities to meet store deadlines
- Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and seasonal markdown processes
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 3–4 years of total retail experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower teams and drive results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment

- Previous experience as a Store Manager
