Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of store associates to create an exceptional consumer experience
• Drive sales and surpass performance metrics including consumer service and charms
• Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to identify and act on store opportunities
• Manage visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes internal talent growth
• Coordinate and delegate daily activities to ensure all store deadlines are met
• Support retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and seasonal markdowns
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 4+ years of total retail experience
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower teams and drive results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
