Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to surpass performance metrics including sales, consumer service, and charms
• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to identify store opportunities and drive strategic decisions
• Manage visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes internal growth and talent development
• Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize daily activities to meet store deadlines
• Support retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, and seasonal markdown processes
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of total retail experience
• STPM, A Level, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma or above
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Email
• Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
• Experience operating retail Point of Sale (POS) systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager
• Proficiency in additional languages
