About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of store associates to deliver outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M service model
- Drive store performance by meeting and surpassing KPIs, including sales and consumer service metrics
- Manage visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment that promotes internal talent growth
- Utilize analytical thinking and company reporting to identify and act on strategic store opportunities
- Oversee daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, and seasonal markdown processes
- Ensure compliance with Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention
Requirements
- 4+ years of total retail experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower teams and drive results
- Proficiency in MS Office and various POS systems
- Strong communication skills in both English and the local language
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience as a Store Manager is preferred
