Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, customer service, and product engagement metrics
• Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage and a retention-focused culture
• Own daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing execution, and store cleanliness
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to maintain smooth operations and ensure timely completion of daily responsibilities
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and brand initiatives
• Adhere to all company policies regarding asset protection, inventory control, and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 4+ years of retail experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours and move around the store continuously
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and perform tasks such as climbing ladders or arranging merchandise on shelves

• Prior experience as a Store Manager
