Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to ensure a great customer experience and inspire the team
• Manage talent, coaching, and development of store associates
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed goals
• Oversee operational and financial management, including budget control, expense management, and inventory
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies
• Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
• Minimum 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license
