Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team to provide an unforgettable customer experience
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain assigned budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures
• Maintain high standards for store appearance and presentation

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus
• A strong passion for the hair and beauty industry
