Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth

• Control store budgets and manage operational expenses
• Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Ensure all staff adhere to company safety and security policies

Requirements

• Proven track record in customer service and retail sales
• Experience in sales management
• Self-starter attitude with a passion for the hair and beauty industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license
