Responsibilities

  • Manage talent and inspire the team to ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and custom-fit beauty solutions.
  • Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including budget maintenance, expense control, and inventory management.
  • Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
  • Maintain high store standards to ensure the location always looks its best.
  • Act as a coach and role model to drive results and the professional development of team associates.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous sales management experience.
  • Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid Cosmetology license.
  • A strong passion for the hair and beauty industry.
  • A self-starter attitude with a drive for continuous learning and education.
