About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive exceptional customer service by guiding the team to deliver personalized styling advice and expert product knowledge
- Interpret sales data to drive performance and take full ownership of the store’s commercial success
- Lead and inspire a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to exceed service and operational standards
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for all new team members
- Identify high-potential individuals and create tailored development plans to support career growth
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including compliance and visual merchandising, to ensure efficiency and excellence
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment
Requirements
- Proven retail experience with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced retail environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and teams effectively
- Experience in coaching, providing constructive feedback, and supporting staff development
- Strong understanding of store operations, compliance, and security standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
