Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional customer service by guiding the team to deliver personalized styling advice and expert product knowledge
• Interpret sales data to drive performance and take full ownership of the store’s commercial success
• Lead and inspire a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to exceed service and operational standards
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for all new team members
• Identify high-potential individuals and create tailored development plans to support career growth
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including compliance and visual merchandising, to ensure efficiency and excellence
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment

Requirements

• Proven retail experience with a strong customer-centric mindset
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced retail environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and teams effectively
• Experience in coaching, providing constructive feedback, and supporting staff development
• Strong understanding of store operations, compliance, and security standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
