Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales and profitability goals
• Drive store operational excellence by managing P/L statements, labor, expenses, and brand activations
• Foster a high-performing, engaged team environment through a culture of recognition and rewards
• Execute brand initiatives and work with District Partners on enterprise-wide programs
• Maintain safety and operational standards while cultivating a unique store environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Expertise in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and people leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing ladders
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
