Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales, service, and profitability goals.
• Drive store operational excellence by managing P/L statements, labor, expenses, and brand activations.
• Foster a high-performing, engaged team environment through a culture of recognition, rewards, and continuous coaching.
• Execute brand initiatives and work closely with District Partners on enterprise-wide programs.
• Maintain high standards for store organization, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Proven expertise in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and people leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing ladders.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong conflict resolution and employee counseling skills.
