Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting store environment to guarantee a unique shopping experience for customers
• Coordinate, support, and supervise a diverse team to ensure an excellent working atmosphere
• Manage store budgets and operational processes to achieve sales goals and optimize performance
• Lead the implementation of brand strategies, including sustainability and digital offers
• Oversee profit and loss control, customer satisfaction, and shrinkage results
• Drive the back-of-house team to process stock efficiently and maintain high standards
• Provide local market insights to optimize store positioning and adhere to brand guidelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail and/or leadership experience
• Fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written)
• Extensive expertise in providing exceptional customer service
• Proven ability to build, develop, and strengthen a strong team
• Independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Willingness to work weekends and various shifts
