Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to maintain high-level service and quality.
• Inspire and develop associates and keyholders to meet short and long-range career growth plans.
• Manage operating budgets and expense control to meet profitability expectations.
• Ensure accuracy of all front and back-of-house store operations.
• Oversee recordkeeping for applicants, new hires, payroll, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, and shrink control.
• Communicate regularly with Area/District Managers regarding market information and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of functional experience.
• Experience managing individual contributors or acting as a department lead.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and various software packages.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and perform physical tasks, including moving items up to 40 lbs.
