Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability
• Coach, develop, and inspire associates and keyholders to meet growth plans and career paths
• Manage operating budgets and expense control to meet profitability expectations
• Ensure accuracy in all front and back-of-house operations, including inventory replenishment and shrink control
• Oversee administrative functions including payroll, performance reviews, and recruiting strategies
• Communicate regularly with Area/District Managers regarding market information and team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of functional experience in a retail or similar environment
• Experience managing individual contributors or acting as a department lead
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and various software packages
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve operational and financial challenges
