Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop associates and keyholders to meet growth plans and career paths.
• Manage operating budgets and expense control to meet profitability expectations.
• Ensure accuracy in all front and back-of-house operations, including inventory replenishment and shrink control.
• Oversee administrative functions including payroll, performance reviews, recruiting, and disciplinary actions.
• Communicate regularly with Area/District Managers regarding market information and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of functional experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Proven experience managing individual contributors or leading a department.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and various software packages.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive decisions impacting store efficiency and finances.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and perform physical tasks, including moving items up to 40 lbs.
