Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store to success by driving sales, profitability, and productivity across all channels
• Champion a service-first culture through personalized clienteling and exceptional customer experiences
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing, diverse team through regular feedback and goal setting
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, payroll, and loss prevention
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent that reflects Coach brand values
• Manage staffing and scheduling to optimize service and meet business demands

Requirements

• 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
• Strong English language proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with retail management systems (labor, inventory, sales reporting)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in luxury or fashion retail
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition
• Experience with digital engagement and social media
