About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support full business operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives regarding store goals and KPIs
  • Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable for business goals
  • Mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience managing competitive retail space at a Lead Supervisor level or higher
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and move product, cartons, or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds
