About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support full business operations
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives regarding store goals and KPIs
- Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable for business goals
- Mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing competitive retail space at a Lead Supervisor level or higher
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and move product, cartons, or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds
