Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store to success by driving sales, profitability, and productivity across all channels
• Execute strategic business plans while remaining responsive to local market trends and customer needs
• Champion a service-first culture through personalized clienteling and exceptional customer experiences
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse, high-performing team through consistent coaching and feedback
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, payroll, and loss prevention
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
• Optimize staffing and scheduling to meet business demands and deliver seamless service

Requirements

• 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
• Strong business acumen with a focus on results and operational excellence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks like climbing, bending, and kneeling
