About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Herald Square store to success by driving sales, profitability, and productivity across all channels
  • Execute strategic business plans while remaining responsive to evolving customer needs and local market trends
  • Champion a service-first culture through personalized clienteling and exceptional customer experiences
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team through regular feedback and goal setting
  • Oversee daily operations including inventory management, payroll, loss prevention, and visual merchandising
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent that reflects the Coach brand values
  • Optimize staffing and scheduling to meet business demands and ensure seamless service

Requirements

  • 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on results and operational excellence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory, and sales reporting)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks like climbing, bending, and kneeling
