Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve retail store targets through effective promotions and customer engagement
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising
• Lead, recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to ensure high performance and accountability
• Conduct professional piercing services, including customer education on aftercare and maintaining a sterile environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a positive, inclusive, and trend-focused shopping experience
• Represent the Claire's brand by showcasing products and offering fashion-related advice

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail management experience preferred
• Ability to conduct piercings or willingness to complete comprehensive piercing training
• Proficiency with POS systems for efficient transaction management
• Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift/maneuver between 25-75 lbs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mathematical skills for sales analysis and cash handling
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools for merchandising
