Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store business and achieve sales targets and KPIs through defined action plans
• Build and manage a loyal VIP customer base through proactive clienteling and networking
• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive work environment
• Implement an omnichannel approach by leveraging both physical and digital touchpoints
• Ensure operational excellence, including stock replenishment, VM guidelines, and e-commerce order processing
• Maintain compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector
• Proven ability to manage customer databases and VIP relationships
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to manage omnichannel sales and digital customer touchpoints
