About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive store business by achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Build and manage a loyal VIP customer base through clienteling
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Execute store action plans and conduct quarterly SWOT analyses
- Ensure omnichannel excellence by integrating online and offline touchpoints
- Maintain operational excellence, including stock replenishment and VM guidelines
- Oversee e-commerce order processing and fulfillment within SLAs
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines
Requirements
- Leadership experience in luxury fashion retail
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
- Strong commercial mindset with proficiency in reading KPIs
- Passion for fashion and high-end client experiences
- Strong operational and visual merchandising skills
- Based in the UAE
