Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive store business by achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Build and manage a loyal VIP customer base through clienteling and CRM tools
• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Promote an omnichannel mindset by leveraging both physical and digital touchpoints
• Ensure operational excellence, including stock replenishment, VM guidelines, and e-commerce order fulfillment
• Maintain compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Expertise in clienteling and managing client books using CRM tools
• In-depth understanding of luxury fashion trends, materials, and craftsmanship
• Ability to provide expert styling advice and personalized wardrobe curation
• Fluency in English
