Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire store operations to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including Sales Density and Comparative Revenue Growth.
• Manage store financial performance, including P&L, payroll, and expense management.
• Deliver a superior customer service journey by modeling "Canadian Warmth" and fostering a culture of clienteling.
• Lead, recruit, and develop a diverse team of Brand Ambassadors and Assistant Store Managers.
• Ensure exceptional visual merchandising standards and maintain operational excellence in stockroom and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory planning, stock-checks, and loss prevention procedures to minimize shrink.
• Execute corporate initiatives and maintain high standards of health and safety.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a related retail industry.
• Proficiency in retail math, metrics, and using analytics to drive business decisions.
• Proven experience in P&L, payroll, and expense management.
• Strong talent recruitment and development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, peaks, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands.
• Previous experience managing flagship or high-volume traffic retail locations.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
