About the role
Responsibilities
- Exemplify and enforce exceptional Customer Experience (CX) standards in the store
- Identify and address CX issues through feedback, training, and coaching for sales staff
- Foster collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses for go-to-market initiatives
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed about current trends
- Develop and oversee professional growth of store personnel
- Manage performance evaluations and lead recruitment processes
- Oversee workforce planning and coordinate store priorities
- Analyze business performance using data to improve Sales and KPIs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment
- Highly developed business acumen
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
