Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations at the DFO South Wharf location
• Drive sales performance by achieving KPIs including UPT, conversion rate, and average transaction value
• Oversee wage budgets, shrinkage control, and mystery shop results
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing retail team
• Manage stock levels and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Identify and execute growth opportunities through an entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail apparel or customer service
• Proven track record of achieving retail KPIs and managing budgets
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and develop staff
• Experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation
• A vibrant, energetic, and authentic attitude
