Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and enforce exceptional Customer Experience (CX) standards within the store
• Identify and address CX issues through continuous feedback, training, and coaching of sales staff
• Analyze business performance using data to identify actions that improve Sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and oversee the professional growth of store personnel, defining training needs and managing performance evaluations
• Lead recruitment processes and manage workforce planning in coordination with Deputies
• Foster collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses and conduct competitor analysis
• Coordinate store priorities in alignment with the retail calendar and project timelines

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar retail management role within a structured environment
• Highly developed business acumen and ability to drive sales performance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
