Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor to deliver a top-notch customer experience that represents the brand's minimalist and sensual point of view
• Drive sales results and manage controllable expenses through strategic business analysis and planning
• Own recruitment, talent development, and performance management for the store team
• Manage store operational functions including opening/closing, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Maintain brand standards and visual excellence through restocking and remerchandising
• Direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and budgets

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role
• Demonstrated skills in team development and performance management
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to resolve complex issues in real-time
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred)
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
