Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store location in Sihlcity Zürich, managing all business-related KPIs and operational tasks
• Provide goal-oriented leadership to the team, focusing on motivation and professional development
• Act as a brand ambassador to represent our premium lifestyle brand to all customers
• Ensure efficient stock management and active floor control to optimize sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Oversee all daily store operations to ensure excellence in service and presentation

Requirements

• Multi-year professional experience in a leadership role within textile retail
• Strong leadership qualities and high social competence
• A motivating, self-confident personality with a hands-on mentality
• High sales affinity and strong organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and act on KPIs
• Proficiency in English and standard PC applications
