Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to achieve sales and wage budgets, SPH, UPT, and conversion rates
• Identify and collaborate on opportunities to grow the business and improve overall performance
• Ensure "door to floor" best practices and visual merchandising standards are executed consistently
• Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to improve financial and operational results
• Manage manpower planning, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation
• Provide regular training and coaching to employees to ensure high service standards
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings to communicate goals and key performance indicators

Requirements

• Progressive retail experience
• Previous store management experience in the service or retail industry
• Extensive experience connecting with consumers within a brand retailer environment
• Proven expertise in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales
• Strong people management skills with the ability to resolve conflict effectively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate a sense of belonging within a team
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace in a changing environment
