Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to achieve sales goals, wage budgets, and profitability targets.
• Drive business performance by monitoring key metrics such as SPH, UPT, conversion rates, and shrinkage.
• Ensure high visual merchandising standards and "door to floor" best practices are executed consistently.
• Manage manpower planning, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and staff orientation.
• Provide continuous training and coaching to employees to ensure unparalleled customer service.
• Analyze store-level reports to create and implement effective action plans for improvement.
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings to communicate goals and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a brand retailer environment with a strong connection to consumers.
• Proven expertise in retail operations, including budgeting, planning, and sales management.
• Significant experience in people management and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to cultivate a sense of belonging within a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and work at a fast pace.
• Energetic leadership style with a strong presence on the shop floor.
