Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive brand engagement
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, sales trends, and inventory accuracy
• Manage operational compliance, payroll efficiency, and expense control
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive team culture
• Conduct business analysis and interpret data to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement
• Identify market opportunities to support brand growth at the Rosny 2 pop-up

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience
