Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to achieve sales goals, wage budgets, and profitability targets
• Identify and implement opportunities to grow the business and improve store performance
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and "door to floor" best practices are executed
• Manage manpower planning, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation
• Provide regular training and coaching to employees to ensure unparalleled customer service
• Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to improve key performance indicators
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings to communicate goals and results

Requirements

• Extensive experience in retail brand management and connecting with consumers
• Proven expertise in retail operations, including budgeting and planning
• Strong people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate a sense of belonging within a team
• Ability to work at pace, adapt quickly to change, and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor
