Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch and take responsibility for long-term profitability and commercial success
• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience by maintaining high service and efficiency levels
• Manage and continuously train staff in collaboration with the leadership team
• Maintain a daily presence on the sales floor to lead by example in customer contact
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
• Analyze sales KPIs and key figures to identify strengths and weaknesses within the store

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch is required
• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Team Leader in textile retail
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs, commercial context, and sales results
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A keen eye for visual merchandising and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
