About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the branch to ensure long-term profitability and high service levels
- Manage and provide continuous training for staff in collaboration with the leadership team
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to lead by example in customer contact
- Monitor sales KPIs and commercial details to identify strengths and weaknesses
- Oversee regular inventory control and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Team Leader within textile retail
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, commercial context, and sales results
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus
