Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch to ensure long-term profitability and high service levels
• Manage and provide continuous training for staff in collaboration with the leadership team
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to lead by example in customer contact
• Monitor sales KPIs and commercial details to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Oversee regular inventory control and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Team Leader within textile retail
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs, commercial context, and sales results
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus
